Shipping policy

I ship orders within 1-3 days via USPS and with a tracking number. I will email your tracking number once the item has been shipped.

Shipping Upgrades

Please contact me if you need an item shipped sooner and/or quicker. I will be happy to get a new quote and send it off to you within a reasonable time frame.

International Shipping

I ship internationally! Please contact me with an address if you need a shipping quote. Please note that customers are responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and I am not responsible for those charges. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.

If you would like your item shipped to an address different from the one listed on your account, please mention this in the Note to Seller upon checkout.

Shipping Delays

**I can not guarantee delivery time frames as they are estimates put forth by the US Post Office.** I can only guarantee my turnaround time. If a package is late or lost (defined as 30 days by USPS), please notify me as well as the post office in order to file a claim for a lost package. I have no control over its delivery once it is in the hands of the USPS.

During the winter holiday season, packages are notorious for being delayed by a week or more, please order early or upgrade your shipping preferences accordingly.

Should you wish to cancel an order en-route, Postal Interception fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
