Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

Returns or Exchanges, please contact me within: 5 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

In general, any unused item may be exchanged within 2 weeks of delivery for an item of equal value. All shipping fees and postage costs, original & return, are the responsibility of the customer.

I strive to provide you with quality and pleasure in all items that I make. If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your item, please contact me as soon as possible and before leaving a review so we can work out a better solution. I want all my customers to be happy & proud of their purchases :)

Imperfections v. Damaged

As all items are handmade by me.  There will be a few slight imperfections (yarn knots, fuzzies, etc) that make each item unique. However, if the item should be damaged (unraveling, breaks suddenly) within the first 2 weeks of use, please contact me so we can work out either a repair or exchange, depending on the situation. With any fiber craft, natural wear and tear will occur and I cannot be held responsible to replace items after such time.
